The Emprise Bank renovation transformed a long-vacant brick warehouse into a contemporary financial institution rooted in durability, integrity, and community presence. The design preserves the building’s industrial character while introducing carefully scaled architectural interventions that enhance pedestrian experience and civic identity.

Public banking functions occupy the transparent first floor, with private offices and workspaces above. Through adaptive reuse and thoughtful material integration, the project establishes a renewed presence in Kansas City while honoring the existing urban fabric.
