The Madison Condo project is a refined residential renovation that balances existing architectural character with thoughtful, modern interventions. Hermanos Design approached the space with a focus on continuity, preserving and celebrating original raw materials while integrating new build elements, custom casework, and modern finishes.

A defining feature of the project is the sliding room divider, where repurposed wood from the original building was used to create custom louvered panels. This element not only introduces warmth and texture, but also reflects the project’s broader ethos of adaptive reuse and material honesty.
