An interior renovation within the production facility of The Roasterie was completed to enhance visitor engagement while supporting expanded food and beverage operations. Located within the company’s manufacturing headquarters in Kansas City, the project focused on targeted improvements that connect the public-facing café environment with the active production floor, allowing guests to experience the craft and scale of the roasting operation firsthand.

A key feature of the renovation is the introduction of new viewable glazing along the cold-brew canning line, allowing guests to observe the packaging process while maintaining clear separation between production and public areas. The design celebrates the craft of coffee making by making the industrial workflow visible and part of the customer experience.
