Mildred’s South Plaza represents the third tenant finish project in the series of buildouts for the Mildred’s brand. The primary challenge involved transforming a former taco restaurant into a space that embodies the warmth and approachable character central to Mildred’s established aesthetic language.

Drawing inspiration from the brand’s previous locations, the design thoughtfully reinterprets key material cues into a tailored experience. The result is an environment that feels cohesive within the broader Mildred’s portfolio while maintaining a distinct identity unique to the South Plaza setting.
